Responsibilities
- Build and communicate the product’s big picture and roadmap to the development team
- Translate business needs into clear functional specifications following Scrum / Agile methodology
- Define iteration plans and set priorities to ensure timely and accurate content delivery
- Continuously manage and prioritize the Product Backlog based on business needs
- Align stakeholders and ensure shared understanding of product goals
- Lead priority management and ensure product consistency and quality
- Actively participate in Scrum ceremonies (retrospectives, demos, test labs, etc.)
- Act as decision-maker or arbitrator on delivered functionalities
- Oversee live adjustments to the Sprint Backlog and monitor progress
Technical / Business Skills:
- 5+ years of relevant experience
- Strong expertise in Agile methodologies
- Solid project management experience
- Knowledge of SAP HR (preferable)
- Understanding of HR processes (payroll, benefits, etc.) (preferable)

- Strategic thinking and ability to see the overall picture (helicopter view)
